Great location close to business and luxury shopping. Room amenities were nice and comfortable, and the gym was adequate for my needs.

Staff training and attention to detail could be improved. Some staff were not attentive and there were issues with false information about services, rush behavior, and lack of apology for inconveniences.

The location of this hotel is excellent for those interested in shopping and doing business. the hotel facilities are luxurious, including Executive Lounge access. Rooms are well-maintained with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the service at breakfast is efficient with delicious food options. the view from rooms is impressive, especially at night.

Staff training is lacking. Certain staff members are not engaging enough with guests.

Location, location, location! The hotel was perfect for our romantic escape, conveniently located for shopping and business. The room was cozy and had a comfy bed, along with excellent amenities that made our stay quite enjoyable.

The service was less than satisfactory. The staff seemed unfriendly and untrained, leaving a lot to be desired.
